Guillermo Gonzalez Construction was hired to build a 2 Car Garage with a ADU on top. We knew what we wanted but not fully how to bring it to life. Guillermo helped bring our vision to life. He and his crew worked hard every day. They cleaned up every day before leaving; very respectful of our children and property. Being home everyday, we were able to ask questions throughout and Guillermo constantly was in contact with us, almost daily. He helped up make changes and provided his professional opinion throughout the project. All County inspections were scheduled and passed. He never cut corners nor used the cheapest materials. We were so impressed with his work at the beginning, that we expanded the project to include building a new Shed. We have also contracted the Construction team to do some remolding inside the home.  Guillermo is personable and we loved making him laugh. Sometimes he would just sit outside on our deck and chat about life with us. He has become a family friend. I acquired Guillermo Gonzalez Construction's contact information a few years ago after seeing the beautiful job he had done with my neighbor's front porch and steps.  I then contacted Guillermo and had him perform the same work for our home as well.  I explained that my daughter was graduating high school soon, and needed the work done prior to graduation. He completed the job in a professional, timely manner and my husband and I were very pleased with his work. I recently reached out again to have him come out and power wash my front porch, perform a small repair on one of the porch columns, perform extensive cleanup of our back yard and cleaning of our gutters.  He was there within only a few days to complete ALL the requested work.  Once again, he and his crew were extremely professional, timely and pleasant to work with. We recently hired this G Gonzalez construction company to build a home addition 2200 sf including basement , and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The project involved constructing the addition from the ground up, and the team handled every phase professionally, including planning, framing, roofing, electrical, drywall, finishing work, and final details. Their workmanship was excellent, and they paid close attention to quality throughout the entire project. Communication was clear and consistent, and they kept us informed at every stage. The crew was reliable, respectful, and maintained a clean and organized worksite. The project was completed on schedule, and the finished addition blends seamlessly with the original house. The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, and the extra space has added tremendous value and functionality to our home. Guillermo Gonzalez Construction is fabulous.  Guillermo is an extreme professional who works with you to find the best solution for your remodel or construction project. His work is spectacular and his team is very tidy in their work space. The team is cordial and extremely skilled with all aspects of construction.  We have used them for many projects:  front door replacement and new pillars; custom stair treads; transom window; deck stairs and work; baseboards; and a large remodel of our family room which included raising the roof to install skylights and raising the floor to level it with the kitchen. In each project, Guillermo would give a quote and we would review as the work progessed. He was always on time with excellent work product. He helped us source the best products at the best prices for each project as well. With his experience, he was able to offer alternatives to ideas that we might have had. We continue to recommend him to all our friends and they have come back and thanked us.  His work is amazing and he cares about the finished results.  Highly, highly recommend!
